Submission

In accordance with the code of ethics, authors wishing to submit an article to Rivista del diritto della navigazione are required to send it to the editorial office at redazione@rivdirnav.org to ensure that the topics covered are consistent with the journal’s scope.  Only previously unpublished contributions may be submitted to the journal. New authors must also submit a CV.

If the article is deemed to be in line with the journal’s objectives, the author will be asked to submit a version that meets the journal’s editorial criteria, which will then be sent out for blind peer review. If the article is accepted, the author must adhere to any instructions and recommendations set out by the reviewers.

Once the peer review process is complete and successful, the article will be included in the first of the biannual volumes under preparation.

Before the volume is published, the author will receive the proofs for revision. Corrections must be restricted to fixing typesetting, grammar and factual errors only. Corrected proofs must be promptly returned by the author.

Upon publication, the author will receive a free digital copy of his article.
